Once the online registration is complete, each client can print out their set sail pass which will be needed to board the ship.
60 days prior to each sailing, US and Canadian clients that have completed the online registration can order luggage tags online. International clients can pick up their luggage tags from the cruise agents at the port.

Transferring to another cruise:
If you are booked on a cruise, but would like to transfer payments from that cruise to another cruise, we will transfer all funds without a cancellation penalty, as long as the 2nd cruise is more than 6 months away at the time of the transfer request. If the transfer is made with less than 6 months of the new sailing date, the above cancellation penalties apply and the remaining balance will be transfered to the 2nd cruise.
Passengers with Special Needs:
Whenever possible, Couples Cruise will try to accommodate passengers with special needs. Some embarkation and disembarkation facilities are steep and impossible to navigate with wheelchairs, scooters, or any other mechanical devices. Additionally, shore excursions may include walks of 1-2 miles over uneven ground, and multiple instances of Zodiac tendering will be required. We regret that, due to circumstances beyond our and their control, Couples Cruise is unable to include physically challenged passengers. For your safety and enjoyment, it is recommended that you be in good physical condition, so you may participate in and benefit from all tours and shore excursions, as well as the cruise experience
Special Dietary Requirements:
Couples Cruise can accommodate the following special diets on board: vegetarian, diabetic, low-fat, low-sodium and low-cholesterol. Dietary requests need to be made in writing to Couples Cruise. You can fax us at (732) 417-0053 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 60 days prior to sailing.
Guests may bring a reasonable amount of clothing and personal effects on board. However, there is a limited amount of storage on board and we recommend limiting your luggage to one suitcase and one carry on.
Couples Cruise hires photographers and staff who will be producing promotional and publicity pictures and video during your trip. If you don't mind having your photo taken, you can sign a model release form and you will get a colored band that can be worn throughout the cruise. Even though you sign a model release, you will only be photographed while wearing this band or by giving verbal consent at the time of the photo. If you decide at any time that you no longer want to be photographed, simply remove the band or let our staff photographer know that you no longer want to be photographed. Those that do not sign a model release will not be photographed.
Photography, of anyone, without permission is prohibited. If you are found to be taking photos of people without their permission, your photos can be deleted and your camera could be confiscated and returned to you at the conclusion of the cruise. When taking photos of yourselves or friends, always be aware of people in the background and move to an area where there is no one in the background. Photos of large groups of people (main pool deck, disco, casino, dining room, etc...) are prohibited.
