Prices: All rates are in US dollars, per person, based on double occupancy and all passengers must be 21 years of age when they are boarding.

Port Charges, Government Taxes, Gratuities & extra Fees:

Port Charges, Government Taxes, Document Fees, Gratuities, Administration & Security Fees are not included in the published per person price of a cabin. The prices will depend on the type of cabin, length of the sailing, which port(s) are in the itinerary as well as any special fees (like the $100 per person Galapagos National Park fee). All extra charges are listed in the pricing and cabins descriptions for each sailing.

Travel Documents:
Paper documents will not be delivered, instead E-Docs will be provided. We will provide each client with a reservation number which will allow the client to sign onto the cruise line's website and check in electronically. Once the online registration is complete, each client can print out their set sail pass which will be needed to board the ship.

60 days prior to each sailing, US and Canadian clients that have completed the online registration can order luggage tags online. International clients can pick up their luggage tags from the cruise agents at the port.

If a client does not have e-mail or a computer, we can process a traditional paper cruise booklet for a charge of $42.50 for processing, shipping and handling.

Passports and Proof of Citizenship:
All passports, visas and other travel documents required for embarkation and disembarkation and at all ports of call or otherwise required to gain entry to all countries are your sole responsibility. Appropriate proof of citizenship is required for all travel to Canada, Mexico and most Caribbean nations if you are a US or Canadian citizen. All other international travel requires a valid passport.

Visas may be required, depending on the destination. Proof of citizenship consists of a valid government issued photo ID plus either an original government issued birth certificate with raised seal or naturalization papers. A passport is preferred and may be required in the future for all travel outside the United States. Citizens of countries other than the U.S. should contact an embassy or consulate of the destination country for specific entry requirements.

These documents are your responsibility and Couples Cruise is not responsible for any delays you may encounter due to incomplete or incorrect documentation, nor shall Couples Cruise or its Supplier, as defined below, have any liability therefore. Should you fail to possess valid documentation, you will be denied boarding or entry and will not be entitled to any refund. Your full compliance with all customs regulations and all local and national laws is your own responsibility.

All assessed government or quasi-government fees and taxes are subject to change without notice at any time, and we reserve the right to add a surcharge for these fees and taxes whether you have a confirmed booking under deposit or have made final payment.

If you find the revised arrangements unacceptable, you will have the option to cancel without charge provided that you notify us in writing within 7 days of your receipt of notice of the change, but not later than the date of departure. Passengers with Special Needs:
Whenever possible, Couples Cruise will try to accommodate passengers with special needs. Some embarkation and disembarkation facilities are steep and impossible to navigate with wheelchairs, scooters, or any other mechanical devices. Additionally, shore excursions may include walks of 1-2 miles over uneven ground, and multiple instances of Zodiac tendering will be required. We regret that, due to circumstances beyond our and their control, Couples Cruise is unable to include physically challenged passengers. For your safety and enjoyment, it is recommended that you be in good physical condition, so you may participate in and benefit from all tours and shore excursions, as well as the cruise experience

If you decide at any time that you no longer want to be photographed, simply remove the band or let our staff photographer know that you no longer want to be photographed. Those that do not sign a model release will not be photographed.

Photography, of anyone, without permission is prohibited. If you are found to be taking photos of people without their permission, your photos can be deleted and your camera could be confiscated and returned to you at the conclusion of the cruise.
